Describe a good advertisement

One of the advertisements I find particularly useful and impactful is a billboard advertisement I often see on the streets in my city. This advertisement promotes a environmental campaign to reduce plastic waste. It is placed near a busy intersection, ensuring it reaches a large number of audience.
