Since hitting the scene in 2018 Gilberts Desert Monks Brewing has established quite a reputation highlighted by a 2021 Great American Beer Festival medal. In this episode, I sit down with Sommer and Daniel, 2 of the owners/brewers to discuss their journey, taste some beers, and talk about their Spring Fest coming up March 17th-19th.
