"I want to stop feeling fat and unhealthy." This is what I hear from clients often. What they don't expect to hear is that the resolution can be immediate even though they often think it will take much time and a lot of work to resolve their state of "fat and unhealthy."

The more consistently they change their mindset, the more their behaviors align with their desired outcome.

You see, you can't exercise till you drop, eat #veganuary, journal because you're told to, restrict your favorite things, or change anything from anything less than "love" as your driving force.

From ***already*** loving yourself so much, you eat healthy and delicious foods.

From so much gratitude for it, as it is today, you move your vessel (your body) in healthy ways consistently.

From the emotions you'll feel once you reach "this goal," you visualize already having completed it.
