#35 • Today I’m interviewing a Goddess Entrepreneur fully devoted to serving mothers, Julia Alvarez!

Julia Alvarez is a perinatal yoga teacher and ayurvedic doula who supports women in pregnancy and postpartum. Trained in well women's yoga therapy, prenatal yoga,  full spectrum doula care and ayurvedic postpartum care, she is currently studying to become an ayurvedic wellness coach to work with all mothers and mothers to be. Her work is rooted in serving the Goddess and helping women connect to their intuitive, ancient wisdom.

In this episode, we share about how we met at a wannabe influencer’s yoga retreat and what a wild ride it was, how we cultivated a friendship afterward, and how much I admire Julia’s devotion to serving mothers and children, where she has not wavered from in the 8 years that I’ve known her!
