Carmen is the Director and cofounder of the community based organization Kingdom Pathways, and is also Capacity Collaborative's Manager for Hawaii and the Pacific Islands. Carmen is interviewed by Sarah Diefendorf (Director) and Elaine McCarty (Associate Director) of Capacity Collaborative.
