Do you have the discipline to listen to us banter about discipline? 

In this episode we dig into the idea of discipline from the standpoint of having, or creating, the discipline to do what it is we strive for in our relationship (we don't go disciplining js for her infractions, however fun that might be). Discipline is at the heart of what we do together and we look at how we have developed and nurtured the discipline for things such as long-term bondage, pony-play and embracing being an owner.
