Join us today as we welcome Jessika Tate to the Podcast. Jessica is the founder of Yielded Ministries. She has traveled throughout the USA and the world preaching the gospel, ministering to others and teaching at various Bible Schools.  Today we discuss discipleship, and make sure you listen to the very end for the part where we talk about transitions in leadership and how multiple generations can work together!
We launch into the conversation discussing the importance of discipling others, asking the hard questions, doing life together and intentionally growing in gifting and character. We also discuss the value of being discipled by those who are already in ministry, receiving hard but important feedback, and working together across generations.  We talk about some of the important things Jessika has learned through being discipled and how she disciples and raises up young leaders.
