As a well loved personality on our screens, he exudes confidence and charisma. However, Darren recently opened up about his struggle with anorexia in his teens and early 20’s. It was a pleasure to hear him speak about this really important issue and to start opening up the conversation when it comes to men suffering with eating disorders and disordered eating.
