My friend Kate, who's also from a small town in the UK, and I sat down for a really honest chat about why we always wanted to leave our towns, living in Berlin, and how we're both trying to figure out what "home" means. We dove into what diversity and inclusion actually means at workplaces (beyond the buzzwords), our unconscious biases and how we're finding our own little corners of belonging and community in this beautiful city.
