Sandra Healy

Sandra is founding Director of the DCU Centre of Excellence for Diversity and Inclusion and founder and CEO of Inclusio software.

Over the past fourteen years Sandra has championed and driven diversity and inclusion practice across industry and is considered one of the country’s leading experts. 

In 2019 Sandra joined the Expert Advisory Group for Ireland’s Citizens Assembly on Gender Equality and in 2020 she joined the Diversity and Inclusion Leadership Council for An Garda Síochána.

Pedro E Ontivero

Pedro is Project Lead, Research Centre for Excellence for Diversity and Inclusion at Dublin City University, a position he has held since February 2020.

He is an organisational consultant specialising in people-driven change management and organisational development.
