Todays interview is with Adam from the Pressure Project. Adam is the founder of the Pressure Project, Father, Free diver, Diving Athlete and an inspiring human helping more people slow down and reconnect to themselves through diving and controlling the breath to control your emotional state in life.

Adam talks about his past experience as a corporate professional and the anxious and depressed state he found himself in which lead him to a social catch up with a friend out in the ocean and which was the start of his life making a complete turn around all from one experience that altered his life forever.

We dive into his professional career, controlling your emotional state to thrive in life, understanding we all have our own monster and how to accept it and move on. 

We also touch not having a plan b in life and allowing yourself to let go to bring more into your awareness for a happier and healthier life!
