How do you struggle to let Jesus lead your Christian business?



This was the first of four questions I asked in my social media survey to understand how Christian women in business navigate success with Jesus in the lead. It was eye-opening to hear from 100 women who willingly bared their souls in talking about their challenges and desires in letting Jesus lead.



Their responses fell into five categories:



Trusting Him.Surrendering to His will over their own.Understanding if they hear His voice (and believe it)Allowing His timing over their own.Finding self-worth in Him, not their productivity or achievements.
