Every parent knows the trust and faith required to leave your child in the care of another. Parents of children with special needs may experience this on a more intense level, and for much longer. You are not alone. In this episode I discuss the daily "trust fall" of sending your child to school, and hoping with all hope the team you've been told to trust is there to catch you both. I also discuss some of the challenges and fears associated with parenting a minimally verbal child.
