God + Elders + Mentors + Coaches + Peers (The Fab 4)
For me God is my source, a higher power, the creator of the universe. This is mine and yours may be different, but you must be intimately connected to source, whatever it may be. Just below God are Elders, Elders are the people have the secrets to keeping the culture and civilitaion going. Mentors are the people that have walked in your shoes and have accomplished your current goal and specific direction. Coaches are a different set of eyes, people that provide constructive praise, critisims and general direction. are
