People have a habit of being self centered and it’s really hard to get them to think outside their own perspective. So it’s much harder to profit from creativity. And Maybe if i planned out my podcast a little better instead of giving it raw an unedited I would have more success. I’m just more focused on the non-verbal content, but they all go hand in hand for the overall customer impact. Research! Research! Research!
