This episode is about looking back to reflect on experiences to learn from them or to use to teach or help others. We should not focus on bad experiences that tend to take us to a place of depression. Apostle Paul expressed in Philippians 3:13 his ability to get to the point of forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before. We must forget the things behind us in order to move forward.
