We caught up with the recently retired Lucy van der Haar (née Garner) about her career. From entering the sport through riding penny farthings, to becoming World Junior Road Race Champion ... twice. From the difficult transition to elite women's racing, riding for some of the biggest teams in the world with Argos-Shimano and Wiggle High5 and finding happiness with Norwegian team Hitec Products. Her decision to retire, views on women's cycling, where she wants to ride now she's retired, being married to cyclocross superstar Lars van der Haar and loads more.
