About our guest 


Dr. Cecily A. Clark-Ganheart, MD is a Maternal-Fetal Medicine subspecialist. She completed her fellowship in Maternal-Fetal Medicine at MedStar Washington Hospital Center-Georgetown University. Aside from her clinical practice, she has taken an interest in health and wellness, particularly intermittent fasting and the nutritional benefits of eating a natural, human diet. Through her own personal experiences, she hopes to inspire others to seek a balance between natural and traditional methods for optimizing true health.
