Dr Roth Walter leads the scientific research at Vienna University, that correlates iron deficency to pollen allergy and other allergies, along with atopic dermatitis. This is the latest investigation of its kind. She explains why a lot of the research about iron defficency is just coming out in the last five years. We also talk about the dangers of iron supplements and how to tackle ID anemia through a good nutrition. Dr Roth-Walter also tell us about the new supplement they developed called IMUNO-BON which just came yesterday in Germany and Austria in order to tackle the allergies from the inside by sending iron to the white blood cells specifically.
