It's a box many remember seeing on Blockbuster shelves back in the 90s, but only the brave actually took Dr. Giggles home and watched it. What they got was an insane movie about a doctor-pun spewing escaped mental patient who collects hearts to perform his own unecessary surgies. What's not to love? Ridiculous moments, horrible acting, fantastic puns, and a Larry Drake performance for the ages!
