Description

In this episode, Dr. Jeff Moore, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT, MTC, CERT-SMT, shares his story on entering the field of Physical Therapy and pushing the envelope via virtual mentorship, continuing education courses, and podcasts. Despite originally pursuing medical school, Jeff found passion in running. Upon hearing about PT through his brother, who could turn down spending 30 to 45 minutes motivating and "dealing hope" to people in a meaningful way? Through encouraging mentors, Jeff sought to bridge gaps in the delivery of quality care. Highlights include "building a bicycle and selling it" for PT and the impact of sharing patient victory stories with managing chronic pain.
