Dr. Jyoti Roy's journey into the realm of solar innovation commenced in India, deeply influenced by his physicist father and engineer brothers. Transitioning from a foundry to the power sector, he discovered his passion for research, leading him to pursue a master's program in solar in Sweden. Upon relocating to the UK, he worked as a visiting professor at Loughborough University and completed a Ph.D. in Energy Yield Modelling of Solar Systems. With over 20 GW of project experience, including noteworthy contributions to Solar-H2 (Hydrogen) and high-performing design projects, Dr. Roy's international exposure spans 18 countries across four continents. This rich experience culminated in the establishment of GreenEnco in 2017.
