In this special episode, we welcome Dr. Smriti Nayan, a otolaryngologist and head and neck surgeon from Cambridge Memorial Hospital and adjunct professor with the McMaster University and Western University. Dr. Nayan discusses her research on the importance of surgical economics and physical fitness regimens for avoiding and minimizing injury. Dr. Nayan presented her lecture at the 2024 CSOHNS Annual meeting.
