The DFSR team is back with a DFS NFL cash game podcast for week 1! It looks like this NFL season is actually going to happen, so we might as well go ahead and make some money off of it.
Things start at quarterback, where Doug and James debate the merits of paying up for Lamar Jackson vs. finding safety with a cheaper option. If you do fade Jackson, how cheap can you go? They discuss Russell Wilson, Carson Wentz, and Teddy Bridgewater.
Running back for week 1 is looking very difficult, with Christian McCaffrey standing out as one of the only truly safe points per dollar options. The guys discuss a few young running backs from last season that are looking to take over the reins full time, and agree that it's looking like a tough position in general.
There are a good handful of cheap wide receivers out there, though, with the DFSR lineup optimizer projecting a lot of targets for guys like Jarvis Landry, Tyler Lockett, DeSean Jackson, and more.
Tight end looks like a battle between Zach Ertz and Hayden Hurst, with the main decision coming down to how much money you have left over when you finally get to the position.
