Her expertise and hard work were spotlighted on the prestigious Catalan TV program 'Joc de cartes,' where her team won, attracting a new clientele eager to experience Indian cuisine. Her experiences in Barcelona reflect the city's growing culinary diversity, with a notable rise in Asian and Indian restaurants.

Alongside her professional achievements, Anoushka is passionate towards dance and got trained as a Kathak dancer in Barcelona.
