For our third episode of the Mountain Land Back Pain podcast, we welcome Tina Anderson, PT, MS. Tina received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2001 from Grand Valley State University in Michigan. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Michigan State University in 1996. Tina currently owns a private practice in Aspen, Colorado, where she specializes in treating neuromyofascial dysfunction and pain conditions using a wide range of methods, including Functional Dry Needling. Tina earned her Dry Needling Certification in 2006 and has been teaching with KinetaCoreĀ® since 2008. During this episode, we discuss topics ranging from what dry needling is, how can it be utilized clinically, and how patients and practitioners can benefit from it.
