This week marks the 1-year anniversary of Dog Stories! To celebrate in style, we have the privilege of speaking with Dustin Schaefer, dog-dad to Parker, the recently appointed Mayor of Georgetown, Colorado. When he's not tending to his campaign promises of "Hugs, Love and Cookies," you'll catch Parker at all Denver Broncos home games, widely recognized as the team's unofficial mascot.
