She is the founder of a comprehensive SEL training methodology for parents, clinicians, and academic professionals on how to cultivate emotional regulation, emotional intelligence, social-awareness, and responsible decision-making skills.
She is also the founder and director of The Fundamentals of ADHD Coaching for Families training curriculum at ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) – a Coach Training program accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is a prolific media contributor, columnist and sought-after lecturer and workshop facilitator on various topics related to social, emotional, and behavioral learning. Originally from Cape Cod, she now lives with her husband and two children in Boston MetroWest.
