When talking to parents you want to keep it simple and try using the sandwich approach. At the top of the sandwich you want to say to your name where are you calling from and the purpose of your call. In the middle of your sandwich you wanna stay the fax nothing one of them less. Be mindful not to over share but you definitely get to the point. Lashley concluded think of the parent for the time and their support because I didn’t have to pick up the call.
