Today’s meditation: Walking Meditation for times when you're feeling angry
Your journal prompt for today is:



  • (BEFORE) Write down a few short notes about how you’re feeling. Maybe you rate yourself on a scale of 1-10 with where your anger is presently. 



  • (AFTER) Write down a few short notes about how you’re feeling after that practice. Where would you rate yourself on a scale of 1-10 with where your anger is presently? If you have more time, you may also take some additional notes that may have come through regarding your anger that may better help you understand it.
