Tammy Barlette has had an amazing career both in the USAF and subsequently with her work as a keynote speaker, mindset coach and trainer.  Her flying background is incredibly diverse; she started out as a first assignment instructor pilot on the T37 before subsequently moving on to the A10 Thunderbolt (aka the Warthog).  

Sadly a spinal injury caused her to have to step away from the traditional cockpit, but she then forged a whole new chapter as a Predator and Reaper "drone" pilot, a role which also saw her graduate from the acclaimed USAF Fighter Weapons School.  She subsequently recovered her medical category and returned to the instructional world on the T38 advanced trainer for the final chapter of her career in uniform.

Tammy talks very candidly about all aspects of her career including the challenges she faced along the way, and we had a terrific discussion about the many facets of leadership that we have in common given the role that she now has as a mindset trainer.  It's a great conversation all round and I really hope you enjoy it.
