E17 The Circadian Rhythm Disruption (CRD) Challenge with Daniel White & Jeff Gibson
Description
The CRD Challenge Explained
The CRD Challenge is a free, 21-day bite-sized educational experience designed to teach people how to realign to nature’s rhythms and empower them to take back control over the destiny of their health and happiness. It is comprised of step-by-step educational materials, co-written by a team of circadian health experts, that are delivered via a free Skool community through a variety of formats (video, audio and written content) to best suit the learning style of those participating.
Each step of the challenge takes users on a journey to evolve their understanding of how circadian rhythms influence human health and how key zeitgebers such as light, chrono-nutrition and electromagnetic fields entrain these rhythms, with the ultimate aim to create and embed vital lifestyle habits that can enable individuals and their communities to experience a life lived in rhythm.
The timeline and description of the specific content delivered will only be revealed as the challenge unfolds. The purpose of this is to pique curiosity and encourage continued commitment to the 21-day process, thereby helping participants to develop first-hand experience of how simple, gradual and consistent circadian health practices can transform their lives and those of their families and communities.

Daniel White
Daniel White is a Registered Nutritionist, Functional Medicine and Circadian Certified Health Coach. He is the Founder of Sleep Better Live Better and Chairman of the Sleep Better Live Better Foundation. His organization’s mission is to deliver innovative sleep solutions that combine the best of science-backed education, behavioral change tools and sleep products to help to unlock the enormous pool of untapped human potential that results from being well-rested.
Over the past two years, Daniel's passion and focus have been the delivery of a charitable research project in local schools on his home island of Guernsey, empowering future generations with sleep education and blue light blocking glasses interventions to improve mental and physical health outcomes for adolescents and their families. The results of these trials have been very promising and his vision is to upscale these projects to positively impact the lives of individuals in schools and institutions across the globe.
In 2024, Daniel also joined forces with Jeff, Avi and Lauren to form QNTMLY and The QNTMLY Foundation to provide science-based education and tools that can support the global community to improve health-related outcomes via the principles of circadian and quantum biology, beginning with the delivery of The CRD Challenge. Their vision is a world where future generations and their communities are living in rhythm with nature and enjoying vibrant health and well-being.
Jeff Gibson
Jeff has worked in healthcare (IT) for the past 15+ years. He was unknowingly doing everything wrong from a circadian standpoint for the past couple decades. Each night he was on computers (full brightness) until midnight. He never got outside in the morning.
He rarely spent time outside, and when he did he always wore sunglasses so never got full spectrum natural light in his eyes. Then a couple years ago whenever he started improving his circadian rhythm, his life transformed and he quickly began feeling like a new person; physically, mentally, and spirituall
