After four decades in HR, I thought I’d taken every assessment that could tell me who I am: Myers-Briggs, DISC, StrengthsFinder, Predictive Index — all of it. But last week I discovered a map that went deeper than personality. It touched the why behind how I serve.

1️⃣ Go to a free birth chart calculator like Astro-Seek.
2️⃣ Enter your birth date, exact time, and location.
3️⃣ Click “Calculate Chart.”
4️⃣ Scroll down until you see your 10th House (sometimes called Midheaven or MC).
5️⃣ Look for the phrase “Ruler of the 10th House.”
6️⃣ Take a deep breath, read what it says, and notice what lands — not what you think about it, but what you feel.
