John who is a barrister by trade has recently issued a document to every club secretary in the country titled ‘Fair and Equal Funding for all GAA clubs – Addressing the GAA imbalance’.

How Dublin GAA & their allocation of funds, €16.6m in a ten year period, dwarfs that of other counties.
