Ms. Happy reflects on Nova Pioneer’s 10th anniversary, comparing their time as Head of Pastoral Care (2015–2017) to her current role as Head of School (2022–onwards), and her leadership and professiona development approach at NPO Primary, challenges and rewards of being a principal. Ms. Happy also offers a word of encouragement and advice to Novaneers preparing for an exciting new year.
