In today's episode Patrick identifies a core component of the transformation process that often gets overlooked - Reward Systems. Transformation is difficult and there are a thousand reasons why people either don't do it or they stop after taking a few steps. It gets much easier when you can identify the parts of the process that you struggle with and make it difficult. When you identify your reward systems you'll gain clarity into many areas of your life that aren't aligned with what you're trying to achieve. Once you do that, your transformation process gets a heck of a lot easier!
