Our guest today is Colette Mrazek, BA(CYC), MEd, RCC-ACS in Vancouver, Canada. Colette shares with us and you about her parallel process of living and learning the EFFT model including self of the person work and self of the therapist work. She speaks about attuning to her emotional process and by doing so attuning to and meeting her emotional needs as she was a new EFT learner while she was helping youth and families along the way.
