We talk about how Rocket City Runners grew into the community it is today, what makes their crew feel more like a family than a fitness group, and why showing up matters just as much as how fast you go.

We also dig into their upcoming We Run, We Finish 5K — a race built on the idea that every runner deserves a finish-line moment, whether you’re sprinting, jogging, walking, or doing a little of all three.
