E73 - Unpacking Self Sabotage with Nat Couropmitree

Nat Couropmitree is a multifaceted guide and mentor and creator of the Resistance Release Technique. In this episode Nat shares his insights about Self Sabotage and talks about the 5 self sabotage archetypes. We unpack where self sabotages come from and how to not only identify but also release some of the programming that has created them.

Nat explains to us that self sabotage likes distraction and that being distracted or disorganised is one way that we can protect ourselves. Before we can release these sabotages we first need to look at our behaviours and what is showing up for us. Then we can work through shifting perception, creating trust in ourselves and finding power in knowing it is OK not being OK.
