In this second live episode from the 2023 Roma Congress, Hamish is joined on presenting duties by Pedro Botelho (Portugal)  where they talk with consultant surgeons Sonja Chiappetta (Italy), Danilo Miskovic (UK) and Daniel Preda (Romainia)

They discuss a variety of issues ranging from new approaches to training and education innovation, the development of surgical guidelines, the work of the EAES research committee and the impact of  music in the OR.
