Today we learned that music has always been her heart and soul and as a creative therapist returning to songwriting and recording was the detour she needed to take in her life. Lauren is a wife and a mother who loves her family - however, getting back into her creative side allowed her to focus on her and her music is not only a method of selfcare - it is an opportunity for us to listen to her songs and find the messages we may need for our selfcare.
