The government shutdown is drawing closer to an end on Sunday. The U.S. is not out of the woods yet, a key issue could delay a government reopening. Sen. Rand Paul of KY, said he will not support speedy passage of a deal to reopn the government, due to a provision that would make so THC products llegal.
