The white noise making qualities of a real box fan mixed with a melodic piano which plays no particular melody. Just enough to give you something to put your mind to as you are trying to fall asleep, but not interesting enough in the long run to keep you awake for long...

And if you should happen to wake up in the middle of your night just take a few deep breaths and let the sound of the fan, and soft piano, lead you back into a sleepier sleep.
