Mary Tewksbury is the supervisor for Adoption Option's Parents and Children Together (PACT) Program. Adoption Option Inc is a full service child welfare agency in Midland, Michigan; and Kim Rowan, foster mother to 45 foster children, and has three adopted children and four of her own. She is the founder of It Takes a Village.
