It is WILD to think that it’s been four short months of committing to getting stronger, more fit, growing my capacity and really just trusting my intuition of knowing this was the next important area of my well-being to (finally) prioritize.




It's been a fun journey so far + this weeks pep-talk I HOPE, will save you time within your own wellness journey to do the thing, to make the change, to finally GO FOR IT!


 


So today is a bit of a pause for me. To reflect and acknowledge some of the wins along the way as I gear up for a photoshoot this week to celebrate and mark the milestone. I also know it’s just the beginning.
