In this eppy of the pod. I talk about Ironman Arizona in November & what I think it will take to qualify for the 2026 Ironman World Championships in Kona Hawaii.
With the WC Men/Women split day, this adds a new level of competitiveness to get to the world stage IMO.
So I walk through some splits, paces, performance related things etc. I will need to hit to potentially get a slot & do well on November 15th.
