It was such a privilege to have Dan, Leon and Seth from Brothers Unite come in for a chat. We talk about the inception of the Facebook group, where they came from and what the group is doing for men’s mental health. If you’re a bloke who is looking for a group that you can reach out on, this is the group for you. Just answer the bloody questions, lol. The lads work hard to make it a “safe space” for guys to open up and get some form of guidance from others who have gone through similar situations and know they are not the only ones that have gone through some stuff. And I don’t mean shit that goes wrong with their VN commodore. It keeps the conversation serious but there is some great banter to lighten your day as well.
