Lockdown 2.0 is over, and we are limping our way towards the end of what has been a pretty strange year for everyone - but let's not get down GOOD people, because GOOD things are happening out there !!

So if you are craving some positivity and some GOOD news, we've got loads of it in this weeks episode !!

Our guests this weeks are Laura GOOD and Fran Mayou from FLIC, a brand new Corporate Communications Agency set up this year, in the middle of lockdown. Together Laura and Fran share a real passion for helping people to be at their best at work. We talk about the impact that this year on the workplace and how to make the best of what has been a challenging year for many.  

We also discuss what to do when your oven door falls off,  what exactly is Roller Derby, which pasta would be best to put inside a Christmas Card and the percentage mix of chocolates in a tin of Quality Street.
