Jill Flowers joined Hopewell Health Centers in 2014 to direct the WIC program in Athens and Perry Counties. Since then, Hopewell has grown nutrition services to include outpatient dietitians to offer nutrition counseling and most recently, Jill joined Ohio's Early Intervention to offer nutrition guidance & support. to families.
