In this episode, we start a conversation about Love, its vastness, its ability to move through space and time, it sheer universal force.

We start from that familiar place of feeling unloved, and try to move through those murky waters up into the light. Join us for a conversation on loving plants, our dads, colonialism robbed us of the ability to be loving, the Akashic records, and what it feels like to be brimming with love!

We hope you are finding ways to love yourself, your life, and your body, despite the challenges and density of this colonial society.
